Who is that Masked boy????

ok, we had to get Ben some boy dress up clothes... The only thing he has had to choose from up until now is Katie's princess stuff and he loved to dress up in those. As Craig just cringed... I have to say Ben would make a very cute little girl! hee hee... So yesterday, I found costumes on sale for 10.00 a piece at Party City. So I got Katie tinkerbell and Ben Spiderman. Ben LOVED the spiderman costume and he was so darn cute. Katie loved tinkerbell.. although it was a bit scratchy in her opinion. So I have posted a picture of Ben in his girlie stuff and then one of him as Spiderman!!

Quick Weekend Trip

We headed to Columbus, Georgia on Thursday to visit Mimi and Pop in their new house. Their house is beautiful and the kids had a blast riding in the golf cart, cooking with Mimi and swimming in the pool. Here are a few pics from our visit. Unfortunately, Mimi got sick and we had to leave early and then Craig got sick last night.. Let's pray that it stops with them... YUCK!

Katie and Daddy go to see Wall-E

Katie and Daddy went to see the movie Wall-E on Friday. They had these pictures taken in one of those photo booths and I thought it was so adorable!

It has been a slow few days for picture taking... not that we have not been busy because we sure have. Katie and I have only 2 weeks left until the school year begins... this summer has flown by. This past weekend was busy with a couple of outings just for Craig and I and some fun in the backyard. Here are just a few pics from the last few days...

They had a ball swimming at the pool, eating peanut butter and banana sandwiches and singing and dancing to HSM!!! Molly is a super sweet girl and we are so happy their family was called to serve and be a part of our church!!

A Day at the Lake

David and Leah Knight were so nice to invite us to their lake house on Lay Lake... it was awesome! We spent the day in the boat tubing and swimming. We had a small break when a thunderstorm came through but it was all good. We ate at this hole in the wall place that had lots of character and GREAT cheeseburgers!!! Ben really took to both Leah and David. He kept on saying : I love them! and David is #1 in Katie's book when he let her "drive" the boat!!! Now Craig REALLY wants a boat and a lake house... me too, I have to say!!!

No More Training Wheels!!!

Well... Katie's first lesson of training wheel free bike riding was tonight and she did great... however it was nothing like when I or Craig learned to ride and our dads gave us one big push down that hill without a helmet, knee pads or elbow pads... ha ha!!! It just made me laugh how "protected" Katie was... she was even riding on grass to "soften the blow" as Craig said! Lesson #2 on HOW TO STOP will hopefully be tomorrow!!

Family, Fun and The Fourth (of July)

We spent the Fourth of July in Fairhope, Alabama with Craig's side of the family! Katie and Ben love to go down there because they get to hang out with their fun cousins: Caroline, Mary Elizabeth and Sarah and of course Aunt Ann and Uncle Todd...and of course they LOVE being with their Grandmama and fishing with Harold!! This time Ben caught his first fish ever! Katie caught 2 fish and a baby lizard named Joe!!! We rode in Uncle Todd's boat and Katie and Mama went tubing on the bay!!! We had a great time at friends of Todd and Ann's the night of the fourth and rode the boat to see the fireworks!!! We hated to come back to reality but it was time to get back on a schedule... Enjoy the pics!!!
